Dear Coach:

On behalf of the Tunkhannock Rotary Club, please accept this invitation for you and your Junior High team to participate in the 28^th Annual Rotary Relay Invitational Track Meet. The Relays will be held on the Martin Synthetic track at the Tunkhannock Area High School Stadium. Please find attached the schedule of events. The relays for Junior High only will be on Friday, April 25, 2008 and will begin with a coaches meeting at 4:00 PM. Please note this change in time. The meet is PIAA sanctioned.

Medals will be awarded to the top three places in each event and a 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd place team trophy will be awarded in each division.

The concession stand will be open with refreshments including hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza, candy, soda, and Gatorade. The official Relay T-Shirt will also be available for purchase.

Please remember that the relays will be limited to the first 18 schools to enter in each division. The entry form is enclosed. Information and forms are also available on the Tunkhannock Rotary Web site at www.tunkhannockrotary.com.
